Gena St. David, PhD is a licensed professional counselor (LPC-S #67015), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT-S #201671), and supervisor with an emphasis on systemic therapies, the Enneagram, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Systemic therapies consider the whole person and design interventions tailored to each person's uniqueness. EMDR and IFS are gentle therapies that can be helpful in resolving trauma and difficult emotions and supporting mental, spiritual, and relational healing and wellness.
